In this blend you will find a fantastic explosion of scents because it comes from a selection made in the olive grove 70 years ago by Don Saro, father of Don Peppinu.<\/p>\n
Based on the softness of the Moresca, the pungency of the Verdese and the elegance of the Tonda Iblea (or Citrale, as we know it) the Uliveto was planted with this mix and the oil we press is not added by other cultivars at the mill.<\/p>\n
This implies that it is a blend made in the olive grove and not in the mill.<\/p>\n
